A specialist retail business, our client has an opportunity for a confident eCommerce Assistant to join their newly restructured team in Manchester.

Supporting the eCommerce Manager you will provide day-to-day site management ensuring that products, promotions and content and on time, accurate, and delivering KPIs. You will be monitoring and analysing performance and report on site analytics and email activity, as well as donducting competitor research and benchmarking.

You will have a good level of online marketing knowledge and commercial experience, ideally gained within a commercial B2C eCommerce environment. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, as well as an aptitude to learn and develop new knowledge and skills.
