About Ebony James
Throughout her career as a recruiter and informed by her own experience as a mixed race female, Ebony has gained unique insights into some of the challenges and what can be described as barriers for applicants from different ethnic backgrounds, LGBTIQQ+, those with mental health issues and a wide range of other disabilities.
With a passion for diversity and informed by this experience and her own personal journey, Ebony formed The Diversity Innovation Group (DIG) with a mission is to help create innovative solutions to combat challenges around inclusion & diversity. The aim of DIG is to provide a safe space for professionals to collaborate around these topics and drive awareness and change through discussion and events.
