People Analytics

This event has now ended.

People Analytics

We all work for companies that have data and technology at their core and almost everything within our businesses is measurable and trackable. What happens when we start to use this data to analyse behaviours in our workforce?

15:00 - 15:40 Mapping your employees

Scott Young, Head of HR at Redeye

As part of their business planning process Redeye carried out a staff survey that they then inputted into a simple software programme to better understand how their staff were interacting. The results have meant they can identify where Managers aren't being effective in terms of sharing information; whose resignation could cause the biggest threat to the business and they now have a tool that they can use to offset various employee scenarios. Scott will share some of the insights they found and explain how you can easily implement something similar in your business.

15:40 - 16:30 - Panel Discussion

This panel will build on Scott's presentation and will look at other examples of where data has been used to understand more about the people working in your business. This panel will be interactive and there will be lots of opportunities to ask questions and understand how you can apply some of these techniques to your business.

Panelists include:

Scott Young, Head of HR at Redeye.

Michael Hall, CEO and Co-founder, CyberKudos. During his career Michael has worked with some of world’s leading brands and continues to advise up-and-coming tech start ups in the North West, one being DueCourse. Michael is very much a part of his local technology community, co-organsing events such as Manchester Tech Nights

Niall Kiely, Head of PreSales, CoreHR.
