We’re looking for Software Engineers In Test with a passion for quality, continual improvement and strong technical proficiency. You’ll be working closely with other multi-disciplined engineers, guiding them on how to balance quality and speed. Day to day you will be working with the development team investigating and exploring our software and automating checks wherever possible.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• 2+ years experience testing in an agile environment
• A passion for testing and the craft and a strong advocate for exploratory testing
• Experience implementing automated checks on a variety of interfaces. GUIs, APIs, MQs. (With tools such as Cypress, Postman Etc)
• Strong understanding software quality criteria and methods that can be applied to test them. (ISO/IEC 25010, RST Quality Criteria or Similar)
• Experience with at least one programming language or scripting language (JavaScript, GoLang, Java, Ruby etc.)
• Experience with GIT
• Passion for mentoring and technical coaching of developers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
