They are embarking on a huge multi-year product development strategy and are looking for a pragmatic and passionate Magento software engineer to help achieve their ambitious growth goals and drive good practices in the team.

This is an amazing opportunity for a Magento developer to move into a more full-stack software engineering role and pick up lots of new skills, in which you’ll be also up skilled in and receive training
The Role and Projects
You’ll be reporting into the Head of Engineering working as part of a scrum team and offshoring teams, to embed best practises with ownership of your own projects.
The project you will initially be joining is a re-platforming which will involve migrating from Magento 1.9 to 2.x. The Magento migration is expected to run for around 12-18 months, after this you'll be joining other work streams and learning new technologies in their tech stack. Part of your role will be contributing to the technical direction and architecture. You’ll have the ability to collaborate remotely as this is crucial working with offshore teams, and being able to talk to your team about the solutions you're designing and building together.

Magento experience (minimum 6 months)
