We’re looking for a talented Enterprise Sales Manager to join our growing team, who can help us grow our Enterprise Customer base.
Here's a bit about us:
We’re a small, friendly team of 50 people, based in Alderley Edge, Cheshire. Over the last 18 months, we've been transitioning ourselves to be more customer-centric and more impactful, to really wow our customers, and also create a great place to work. We're still on that journey, although we have just won three awards from Best Companies, which shows we're on the right track.
We’ve got a great office within Alderley Park, Cheshire, which enables us to be innovative. It's got some incredible facilities, such as table tennis, gym, greenery, parking and lots of other handy facilities. But equally, we are happy for people work from home too - it's pretty flexible, on the basis we get the work done. We also have lots of lovely socials, like pizza parties, BBQs and pay day cakes.
What you'll be doing:
You'll be managing the complex/strategic sales process from lead generation through to contract signature, and help potential customers understand the value of what we offer.
You'll report into the Vice President of our Enterprise Division.
We'd love to hear from you if:
You're a enterprise sales professional who's worked for a B2B “Complex” transformational Enterprise Software business, preferably in the customer services space or telephony services for contact centres.
You will have a demonstrable track record of success within new business sales within the enterprise space. You'll also have excellent relationship building skills and be persistent and dependable, especially with deliverables and deadlines.
Bonus points if you have used Miller-Heiman Strategic Selling methodology.
