Your job as Knowledge and Content Specialist is to support the Document and Knowledge Manager in the management of knowledge across Lokulus and create quality content for consumption by external and internal users of our products.
This role is based in Glasshouse, Alderley Edge, Cheshire. We do require people who can easily commute to our office.
Your key responsibilities are to:
We want to hear from you if you have experience creating content in a technical environment. Ideally, you will have an awareness of Knowledge Centered Support, help authoring tools and authoring for Saas solutions.
You'll need an eye for detail, a thorough and methodical approach, and a clear and concise writing style.
