Digital Marketing Analyst - £30,000 – Lifestyle – Manchester (Role can be a split of office and work from home days)

In this role you will be a pivotal part of the team, embedded into the performance marketing function to provide insights and analysis on customers & campaigns. The Role:

To be the key point of contact to Marketing, providing performance insight and challenge across both weekly performance and forecast meetings also via requests and self-generated insight projects. Balancing and managing stakeholder demand by creating self-service dashboards and data reports or providing and presenting marketing analysis to deliver data driven business and marketing improvements.

  • Create reporting solutions to support Marketing department’s decision making and meeting cadence.
  • Manage data and insight in key meetings and act as an independent challenge to performance and forecasted activity.
  • Manage marketing requests for data and insight.
  • Democratise data through the provision of self-service solutions and supporting knowledge development across the department.
  • Work closely with others in the data team to deliver against the company’s data strategy and key data activities

About you:

Analytical and problem-solving skills – Able to use analytical techniques to present a solution.

Communication skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills and understands how to share insights with stakeholders.

Marketing data analysis skills - Experience of combining data sources to provide statistical and data analysis on marketing or equivalent data sets.

Data visualisation - Able to interpret requirements and present data in a clear and compelling way, using graphical representations and data visualisations.

Desirable Skills & Experience

Experience working with:

  • Adobe Experience Cloud, primarily Adobe Analytics and Adobe Audience Manager or equivalent.
  • Data visualisation tools such as Power Bi, Tableau
  • Google SA360 Digital
  • Marketing experience, either through analysis or campaign / activity management.
