Insight Manager - Manchester (Hybrid / Remote) -  £35,000 + £4,000 bonus -  Market Research

Working as part of a global research agency, you will support many of the world’s leading retail brands to help them make better and more informed decisions. Working on projects for a portfolio of world-renowned clients, as an expert on both the market and the agencies suite of services, you will build impactful and actionable insights from the most appropriate solutions in order to exceed our client’s ROI & service expectations.

You will work with the Insights Director and commercial teams to input on proposals to best utilise the agencies solutions and shape the most appropriate projects or solutions in order to exceed our client’s ROI & service expectations.

*Please note, this role isn’t client facing – but there is the option to add this to the role if you would like

Main duties & responsibilities

  • Analyse data sets in order to produce actionable insight for clients
  • Create data visualisations and presentations to tell the story of the data
  • Deliver insights and presentations to the in-market team to provide clients with the highest standard of insights
  • Review story board & presentation structure in relation to brief, providing feedback & advice for enhancements where necessary
  • Attends and guides on regular milestones for project review, ensuring all work is completed to a high quality & in a timely manner
  • Review regular client feedback on all aspects of the service, feeding back to Client Director in order to inform the ongoing client strategy
  • Draw on the agencies services, market expertise & understanding of client business to input into proposals for client on how to achieve their goals in the most effective manner
  • Investigate & solve any client data queries and support in-market team with these

About you

  • Highly numerical with a brain for figures
  • Able to turn data into actionable insight to inform market strategy and research briefs
  • Research or marketing agency experience desirable
  • Strong Excel skills
  • An interest in the food and drinks industry would be a plus
