The opportunity

In our People & Culture team, we are now looking for a dedicated individual to join us as an Associate Employer Branding Specialist in the UK. Based in either of our local offices (Edinburgh, London, or Manchester), you will be the catalyst of our employer brand where you put Zuhlke UK in the limelight skilfully and authentically.


Your role includes:

As a part of our local employer branding team, you support the implementation and execution of local employer branding activities to help strengthen our internal and external brand perception and position Zuhlke as an employer of choice. This includes:

Digital channels: Bringing our employer brand to life, maintaining an attractive presence on our social media, career page and other online profiles (such as Glassdoor).

Events: Supporting at events including meetups and career fairs. Coordinating our university career events and help organise our presence at relevant industry conferences.

Internal activities: Assist in driving internal employee engagement initiatives such as events, employee networks and D&I initiatives to increase retention and satisfaction rates across teams and contribute to a truly collaborative and inclusive working environment.

Analytics: You will learn to analyse Employer Branding performance using data and relevant metrics to review its effect on brand awareness and recruitment.

Innovate: Input your creative ideas for an appealing brand image and proactively evaluate existing and new platforms, events, and formats. Staying up to date with relevant trends and channels in order to innovate and drive progress.


Your talent:

Content creation: You enjoy creating text, image, and video content, thinking creatively and "out of the box". You have an idea (or the curiosity to learn) about how and where to attract a technical target audience.

Digital channels: You have an understanding of the current social media and online marketing channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, etc.) in a professional environment and are interested in trends in this area.

Events: You have initial experience (or are interested in) event management and possess excellent organisational skills.

Drive: You are a self-starter who takes initiative, likes being hands on and gets things done. You enjoy continuous learning and tackling new challenges, and you appreciate an autonomous yet collaborative way of working.

Communication: If you also have great verbal and written communication skills in English and strong interpersonal skills, we would love to hear from you!
