The Role: 

  • You are to complete no less than 15 call assessments per day, with minimum of 50% of the working day to be spent carrying these out;
  • To listen to a regular cross section of the whole department calls with a particular focus on Sales Executives within their first 3 months in their role.
  • Co-ordinate Sales Manager assessments and provide a monthly report to the Head of Sales
  • To complete accurate call assessment forms for each call that you listen to and ensure that a consistent approach to the scoring is decided upon.
  • To collate any information; issues identified and positive feedback on a central spread sheet for ease of access for Managers
  • Producing quality statistics for the daily Management meetings.
  • Identify trends and needs with regards to where training may be required in conjunction with the Head of Sales.
  • Assisting with training where required in respect of the quality assessing. As part of our sales inductions, we will look to you to give an overview of what you will looking for whilst listening to calls and also listening to sign off calls.
  • Highly proficient in all office packages in particular Microsoft Excel.
  • To be able to communicate to the relevant Sales Managers and Training Manager and provide constructive feedback when identifying issues as not meeting the required standard

  • Strong PC skills, confident in using systems and Microsoft Office (Especially Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Professional and intelligent approach to work.
  • (Desired) – Previous experience working in a B2C Sales environment
