ConCom has been designing and developing high-quality websites since the turn of the millennium.

Based in Warrington and Altrincham, the business was established by Andy Connell, after a 15-year career in communications with the Royal Signals and British Telecom.
In fact, it was whilst working at BT and enrolling on a degree course in Computer Science that Andy discovered - almost by accident – that what he liked doing best was building websites.

In its embryonic years, ConCom initially focussed on helping small to medium-sized businesses in North West England to develop a presence on the world-wide-web.

Many clients continue to be drawn from this vibrant and flourishing area but, over the years, the business has developed a truly diverse client base in terms of size, type and geographical spread, now covering much of the UK and mainland Europe.   

These include creating and maintaining complex eCommerce sites for international brands, brochure or information based websites for private or public sector organisations and assisting start-up businesses with their first leg up on the internet.

Whilst the majority of projects now come via personal recommendation, the objective has remained the same. To create attractive, fast loading, responsive websites that are compatible with all devices – PCs, laptops, tablets and mobiles. 

Much of ConCom’s success has been built around the Joomla Content Management System (CMS) and, in 2017, the business was recognised in the coveted annual worldwide “Joomla Oscars”, winning the prize for the best website in the non-corporate category.  

ConCom now comprises a talented network of website developers; office premises in Warrington, as well as Altrincham, Manchester. With their excellent transport links, both locations are ideally suited to client meetings.
