Our Level 4 Software Developer apprenticeship gives employers a structured, supported route to build junior tech talent - diverse, job-ready and developed around your business needs. AI runs through the programme - not as a bolt-on, but as a core part of how we're preparing developers for the roles that actually exist right now. We're also developing AI modules that can run as standalone training for your existing team.

Grad Recharge

Fully funded. Third cohort open.

There are talented STEM graduates and bootcamp graduates who are ready to work in tech but haven't found the right route in. Grad Recharge closes that gap - a fully funded programme that prepares graduates for real roles and connects them directly with employers.

For employers, it's a fast-track route to motivated, prepared junior talent. You can offer mentoring, insight days or placements and get early access to candidates before they hit the open market.

Digital Her

For women at every stage of their tech career.

Digital Her supports women into tech and through it - from inspiring girls at school to consider careers in digital, to mentoring and development for women already working in the sector. For businesses, it's both a pipeline play and a retention one.
