Digital Skills Audit

The skills shortage is the biggest issue affecting the growth and prosperity of digital and technology businesses in the North. It is something that we work tirelessly to address alongside our members and other stakeholders.

We leverage our position as the largest independent network for digital and technology businesses in the region in order to deliver practical solutions. We lobby regional and national government to ensure that policies are put into place that are fit for purpose and will deliver the volume and quality of talent we need to fill our businesses.

Each year we also survey our membership and present the results at our Digital Skills Festival. This Digital Skills Audit is an important overview of what our members believe to be the biggest issues facing the industry, how things are changing and what the drivers behind changes might be.

We have been running this research since 2014 and all the reports are available from the links below.

The 2019 Skills Audit Survey is now open.
