AI in Coding Interviews
We’re seeing growing interest from members around the use of AI tools (such as ChatGPT and Copilot) in coding interviews - and there’s no single agreed approach.
This topic was recently raised by Arm, who will open this session on 15 April by sharing their current stance and approach, before inviting wider input and discussion from the group.
Some organisations are actively allowing AI use, others are restricting it, and many are still working out what “good” looks like. This informal, online roundtable (held under Chatham House Rules) will provide an opportunity to share perspectives, challenges and emerging practice.
