Interactions is a new quarterly CX, design, and research meet-up hosted by Infinity Works.
Last year was very different to say the least: a global pandemic, change in politics, and the rise of social media. But how have these events impacted our daily work routines and the usual activities we took for granted? A large part of design and research is about understanding primary users, organising interviews, and facilitating workshops to brainstorm ideas. How have we all adapted to these changes?
Our first live webinar event will ask the question: what did you learn during lockdown?
