Rob has worked in the field of leadership and management development and innovation for the last 12 years, holding prior positions at Keele and Staffordshire Universities. He has spoken on leadership, growth and innovation to a range of business and professional audiences from across the world.

Prior to returning to academia in 2010, Rob worked in the field of economic development and regeneration for over a decade, in a variety of roles focusing on business growth and investment.

Originally a Zoology graduate, Rob began his professional life working in a small business installing and maintaining retail technology.
