The main focus of the role is the ownership, creation and overall management of Discord communities. You will be tasked with developing the community guidelines and moderation strategy to ensure community channels remain fun and respectful.
In addition to this, you'll be responsible for managing high-value partnerships and developing long-term strategies to secure long-term strategic partnerships. The job entails managing relationships and researching new brands the agency/clients could join forces with.
