Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Client Management - you will manage key, named client accounts, looking for ways to drive client satisfaction and growth for cross-agency clients. You will also liaise with clients (at a senior level) on a day-to-day basis, leading strategies, campaigns and key projects within the agency - managing the wider account team to ensure delivery on time, to brief and within budget, whilst delivering exceptional results.

  • Client Performance, Strategy + Growth - you are directly responsible for the overall performance and strategy on your accounts and the profitable retention and growth of our existing business.

  • Client Experience + Satisfaction - you will ensure that client satisfaction remains high across your retained accounts - measured through NPS. You will work with senior members of the Client Services team to consistently improve renewal and retention rates.

 Qualifications and Skills 

  • At least 3 years’ experience as an Account Manager (or equivalent) within a digital agency or similar role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and management

  • Experience of negotiation and understanding and meeting client requirements

  • Comprehensive understanding of managing large budgets and commercial forecasting

  • Experience in producing commercial reports, providing ongoing insights, analysis and recommendations from findings

  • Experience of strategic planning and setting key commercial targets and reporting on progress

  • A passion for all things digital with knowledge of Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO & Content and how they contribute to the performance marketing mix
