What would you be responsible for in this role?

  • Supporting and developing our existing Commercial and Home platforms

  • Executing an approach to requirements elicitation, documentation and management

  • Ensuring that requirements are complete and accurate

  • Ensuring that designs and solutions satisfy our Business requirements

  • Creating reusable analysis documentation

  • Maintaining strong relationships with your Business and IT stakeholders, based on credibility, sound judgement and consistently delivering on your promises

  • Playing an active role in the Business Analysis chapter and constantly looking for ways for us to improve our performance.

What would we like to see in you?

A Business Analyst is required to understand our existing call recording systems and usage, define target state requirements and support solution definition and vendor selection.
We want someone who is eager to develop their Business Analysis skills – and
preferably has an understanding of the BA role and agile ways of working. Critically, we are looking for quality-focussed individuals with a good eye for detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Understanding of software engineering and the development lifecycle

  • A great communicator; able to tackle complexity and ambiguity head-on, help others make sense of the world, and to make decisions

  • Experience working within an agile/scrum environment – able to create user stories and support backlog management and agile ceremonies

  • Engaging, collaborative way of working; holds their own in meetings and workshops
