The role

As an integral member of our development team, you will help design and build products and services that move, validate and transform data for large businesses. You may also be involved in improving our existing software. That means developing robust code, testing it thoroughly, ensuring our products meet UX standards and integrating with existing systems and the cloud

We have a relaxed work environment with an emphasis on collaboration. You will be working closely with your fellow developers and other stakeholders across our teams. You’ll also talk directly with clients to understand their requirements. You don’t need to be commercial or sales-focused, just able to explain technical ideas clearly and ask questions.

You’ll be a great fit if you’re looking for a role where you can be central to solution design and development, along with the autonomy to deliver.

All our employees have the flexibility to choose to work from home or the office, or a mix of both. You will be requested to come to company-wide in-the-office days at our headquarters twice a month. So you’ll need to be within reasonable driving distance of the leafy Parc Menai business park near Bangor, North Wales.

You’ll probably have:

About us

Our company was founded in 2002. Our shares are held by a Trust on behalf of all our employees. As part of the Trust, all employees are able to be a part of the ongoing success of the business. Because we’re employee-owned, long-term thinking matters here. Decisions aren’t made for the next quarter or to suit shareholders - they’re made for the long term.

Our DataHub data integration service helps some of the world’s leading organisations take control of their data. We also have a strong product development programme, including Evoloop, our new site auditing system and DataCell, a brand new spreadsheet integration platform. If you join us, you’ll potentially be working with clients such as Honda and Jaguar Land Rover.

And finally...
