Location: Manchester / Hybrid (UK-based)
Type: Full-time, permanent
Salary: £40,000–£55,000 DOE + bonus
Start: ASAP

We’re building a proprietary internal platform to support and scale our operations across the UK and globally. You’ll be joining as our first in-house developer, taking full ownership of the technical build and helping shape the future of how we operate.

This is a greenfield project with no legacy systems. You'll work closely with the founder to define features, choose tools, and bring a smart, usable platform to life - covering everything from planning workflows to campaign tracking and internal process automation.

What You’ll Work On

• Internal planning and operational tools

• Live campaign and project tracking interfaces

• File uploads and reporting tools

• Dashboard-style UIs with interactive elements

• Integrations with third-party APIs and platforms

Tech Stack You’ll Use (or Help Define)

• React, TypeScript, Tailwind

• Node.js or Supabase

• REST APIs and backend functions

• PostgreSQL or Firebase

• Hosting via Vercel or Netlify

• GitHub or similar version control

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You…

• Have 2–4+ years building full-stack web products

• Have shipped an MVP or internal tool solo

• Are confident choosing tools and making product decisions

• Write clean, well-structured code
