We are looking for someone who will lead the sales function for the group, reporting directly into the Group CEO, and who will be a key member of the senior leadership team. Inc & Co is actively seeking further acquisitions, so this role offers tremendous exciting scope for growth.

The successful candidate will seize this opportunity to build, grow and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, by being hands on for larger client relationships and by applying their extensive expertise to further development of the rest of the Account Management and Business Development teams.

Drawing on their proven track record of listening to clients, gaining a clear understanding of their needs, building sustainable relationships, and how to turn this into business will all be key. 

It is crucial you can motivate others to perform, and manage their performance through Key Performance Indicators, demonstrating a boundless energy and passion for what each business within the group does.

In your day to day role, you'll be talking about the vast potential of each business and its service offering within the group. You will need to gain a general understanding of mobile software and digital marketing in your first few months in the role, if these are something new to you. 

You will thrive on your interactions with each company’s sales team, and an incredibly broad range of clients, with diverse projects from start-up entrepreneurs, to larger businesses wanting services which can help their teams function more efficiently and more profitably. Engaging clients and exciting them about bringing their project to life, is crucial. This, and seeing other sales professionals and ultimately the group succeed, through your input and coaching are two of the best parts of the job.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Account Management and Business Development teams from each group company to service existing client relationships

  • Accountability for the Group’s sales performance 

  • Achievement of monthly activity KPIs by the sales team

  • Networking, events and exhibitions on a regular basis

  • Sharing your experience with, supporting and developing the team.

  • Creating and managing a sales strategy and the process

Candidate Requirements

  • Exceptional organisational skills

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability and proven track record of achieving set KPIs

  • Passionate about achieving sales through service and relationship management

  • Friendly, confident and empathetic

  • Excellent people skills

  • Minimum 2 years in a sales management role, ideally in the agency space

  • Experience meeting and exceeding sales targets of those in their team
