Playing a pivotal role in execution of our clients’ DTC go-to-market plans, we are seeking a Campaign Manager that can coordinate the development, design and execution of integrated campaigns. This role is perfect for a meticulous planner who is delivery, performance and results focused.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Devise integrated marketing campaign plans for e-Commerce clients with the primary aim of driving customer acquisition and conversions to the site 
  • Manage the procedure, coordination, tracking and measurement of campaigns 

  • Closely collaborate with the digital and trading teams to execute campaigns across client’s digital platforms  

  • Recommend and implement campaign blueprint, ecosystem and calendar frameworks 

  • Support trading and digital teams in the briefing of campaign assets. Work closely with the creative team to produce campaign toolkits 

  • Ensure clients’ e-Commerce strategy and brand is adhered to across all campaigns and communication channels 

  • Work closely with clients to understand and align on any other in-house marketing activity, with the aspiration of omnichannel practice 

  • Define and agree KPIs and measurement metrics with client 

  • Maintain ongoing measurement of campaign ROI. Deliver reports of campaign results, web analysis and evaluation of KPIs, in collaboration with digital team 

  • Manage partnership with third party agencies and medias, where relevant  

  • Conduct a test and learn ways of working, using data to inform upcoming campaigns 

  • Manage and track campaign budgets 

Campaign Manager skills required: 

  • At least 3 years’ experience as a Campaign Manager or Marketing Manager 
  • Strategic and hands on, able and willing to plan and deliver on campaigns 

  • Ability to measure the success of campaigns through data-driven metrics 

  • Experience in managing multiple clients simultaneously 

  • Excellent stakeholder skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams 

  • Strong customer focus, placing them at the centre of the campaign strategy  

  • Articulate and confident, with good communication skills

We’re a predominantly office-based team with a flexible approach to working from home and hybrid working.  We’re conveniently located on King Street in Manchester City Centre.  

Our core hours are 9AM – 5PM, but with great flexibility and have a 4PM finish on a Friday!
