Position Overview
As a Network Engineer (AWS) with Cyber Security expertise, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud network infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities will include building secure, scalable network architectures on AWS, implementing security best practices, and ensuring our infrastructure meets the highest standards of performance, reliability, and compliance.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support the growth and security of our platform, contributing to both operational excellence and strategic development.

You Will
- Design, deploy, and maintain secure and scalable AWS cloud network infrastructure.
- Implement and manage firewalls, VPNs, and network segmentation to protect cloud environments.
- Monitor network performance and security, proactively resolving issues and vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with DevOps, security, and engineering teams to integrate network security best practices into all projects.
- Conduct security risk assessments and implement controls to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, security policies, and procedures.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer, with a strong background in AWS cloud networking.
- Hands-on experience with AWS networking services (VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, Route 53, etc.) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Strong understanding of cyber security principles, tools, and frameworks (firewalls, IDS/IPS, IAM, security groups, encryption, vulnerability management).
- Familiarity with compliance and security standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, etc.).
- Proficiency in scripting or automation (Python, Bash, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
