About the role

As a Financial Systems Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technology support to staff via telephone, email, messaging, and remote access regarding current and future software applications as it relates to the 3E application. Other key responsibilities include:

  • Providing end user support for the 3E and the Electronic Billing Hub (eBH) financial and billing systems, respectively, for the financial departments of the firm.
  • Acting as a resource to the firm on various financial technology questions for staff and other users, as well as responding to user questions and issues in a timely manner and assisting with solutions.
  • Working with the 3E and eBH vendor in order to resolve complex issues.
  • Being responsible for user security, testing software upgrades and assisting with system setups.
  • Assisting the Financial Systems Support Manager with special projects dealing with continuing education/workshops and user support issues.

 

About you

 
We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Demonstrated the skills to comprehend and accurately perform mathematical functions and have the analytical skills necessary to correctly comprehend date. 
  • Possess experience in the administration of the Elite system or 3E, testing software upgrades, and SQL Server Management Studio, including creating and running SQL’s. 
  • Have knowledge of basic accounting principles. 

 

And have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a related field. 
  • Experience with Thomson Reuters Elite user support. 
  • Experience with 3E.
