This on-going growth has created an extremely exciting opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer to join the team and work on new features, greenfield projects and also obtain industry recognized training and certification (MS and AWS/Azure) along the way!

You will be contributing to building, deploying and maintaining high-quality code solutions, advocating for best engineering practices & work within a product-based agile squad. Your team will comprise of a mix of developers at different levels such as Lead, Principal/Senior, Mid and Junior. Collaborating and adding to the vibrant culture is highly encouraged. The Role & Projects
A pivotal part of the role will be developing new features for the core platform. The engineering team leads an experimental culture, following a build, measure and learn approach.
The role will be back-end focused and support the website, customer portal and call centre platform, alongside communication with lenders and other 3rd parties. All this is built and maintained in-house by the team of engineers based in Manchester City Centre.
Currently the team is working on a full migration of the contact centre into the cloud (AWS) so as to improve the customer buying journey, and increase efficiency and communication.
