Fully remote

Permanent position

The Role

You’ll join a small, high-performing team working across the full software lifecycle — from concept through to deployment and continuous improvement.

This is not a ticket-driven environment. You will:

Solve real-world business problems for clients

Contribute to architecture and technical decisions

Build, ship and improve scalable systems

Work directly with stakeholders to understand requirements

What You’ll Be Doing

Building and maintaining modern applications using .NET and TypeScript

Developing APIs, integrations and cloud-based services

Designing and improving CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

Writing clean, testable code and contributing to engineering standards

Working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

What They’re Looking For

Strong experience with C# / .NET

Experience with TypeScript and a modern frontend framework (React/Vue)

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)

A solid approach to testing (unit testing, TDD or similar)

Experience working in fast-paced environments (agency, consultancy or similar)

Comfortable taking ownership and working across the full stack

Nice to Have

Experience using AI tools in development workflows (e.g. Copilot, GPT, Claude)

Exposure to modern architecture patterns and scalable systems

Broader technical curiosity beyond core stack

The Environment

High-performing, no-ego engineering culture

Fast-paced, delivery-focused work

Strong emphasis on quality, ownership and continuous improvement

This is an opportunity to join a team where engineers are trusted to take ownership, work at pace, and deliver meaningful solutions.
