The Role

We are looking to recruit a Project Coordinator to join our Manchester-based team.

As a Project Coordinator, you will be expected to support & assist our Client Services & Delivery Manager (which includes the project management & client services team) with the delivery of a range of projects (large and small) as well as involvement with management of some of our internal system, to make sure our customers are happy & internal team have what they need.

The primary function of this role is to support the project management & client services team with:

  • Involvement in the scheduling of developer, tester and designer time on a daily & weekly basis with assistance from the Client Services & Delivery Manager - includes ensuring that these schedules are monitored & maintained - escalating any risks to the Client Services & Delivery Manager

  • Management & arrangement of client priorities

  • Responsibility & management of our internal ticketing and project management software, ensuring tasks are kept up to date in relation to statuses & internal notes

  • Responsibility of producing, monitoring & maintaining internal & client reports

  • Involvement of assessing & identifying risk to a project & reporting this to the Client Services & Delivery Manager

  • Involvement of high levels of communication to internal team members (& to clients occasionally) throughout all phases of a project lifecycle
