We’re looking for experienced and enthusiastic delivery managers to join our digital team here at the Co-op. We strive to deliver world class digital products and services with commercial results and a fantastic experience for our members, colleagues and customers.

As one of our digital delivery managers, you’ll bring multidisciplinary teams together to deliver products and services built around the needs of users. You’ll help to build a collaborative culture and remove obstacles, so your team can be 100% focused on delivering value. You’ll be an advocate of agile ways of working, championing the culture and behaviours it embodies to lead your team to success.

What you’ll do

  • work closely with our product managers to help make their vision a reality
  • plan workflow to milestones and capacity whilst providing delivery assurance against it
  • build positive relationships with partners in the business that encourage engagement and alignment of expectations
  • make sure team ceremonies are valuable and efficient to aid the team’s progress
  • champion agile ways of working, in particular the culture and behaviours they embody, in order to set up and establish a team for success
  • coach, encourage and motivate your team to keep them happy, healthy and collaborating

This role would suit people who have

  • the ability to build, lead and motivate multi-disciplinary teams
  • solid experience in the agile development and delivery of digital products and services
  • experience in agile coaching and methods
  • great communication/people skills and the ability to bring teams together
  • the ability to build strong relationships with our senior leaders
  • energy, inspiration, and a commitment to continuous improvement
