Robert’s work focuses on how conversational AI is reshaping product discovery and customer experience in e-commerce. Morvo addresses this by bringing the AI experience directly onto a retailer’s own website, allowing brands to guide discovery, maintain ownership of data, and convert more visitors through intelligent conversations.

Alongside Morvo, Robert is also the founder of Full Send, a strategic digital and brand agency that works with ambitious brands to build high-performing websites, brands, and marketing strategies. His background in digital product design and growth strategy informs Morvo’s approach to building AI that delivers measurable commercial impact.
