Macs is Director of Engineering at LHV Bank UK, where he built the engineering function from scratch, gaining a UK banking licence, migrating to a new cloud native banking platform and launching a UK retail bank. He now leads 50 engineers across Retail, Banking Services, Payments and SME Lending and speaks regularly on AI in engineering, software delivery, and the changing shape of fintech.
