Celia Cattelain is Head of Europe / UK Market Development and Government Relations for PsiQuantum, which she joined in 2021. In her role, she covers UK strategic public-private partnerships, government programmes and policy. Her career spans financial services policy at HM Treasury, EU affairs consulting, investment banking at Barclays Capital, and NGO governance, having chaired a post-war reconstruction charity (Women for Women International).
A graduate from the Sorbonne with an MBA from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass), Celia is an INSEAD International Directors Program graduate and earned an FMES Diploma in geopolitics under the aegis of the Institut des Hautes Etudes Defense Nationale in France. She is Franco-British and lives in Paris.
