Established in 2016, feedfirst is a boutique digital strategy, activation and innovation agency.
We are Simon Alexander and Tracy Alexander (Joint MDs)
We are highly experienced and play nicely with others.
We work primarily with brands and businesses direct (85% of business) but also partner with agencies and organisations (15% of business/ NDAs prevent elaboration!). We've also worked with a host of charities and NGOs.
Clients usually are
Ecommerce and multichannel D2C brands (clothing, home, baby, fitness/outdoors), B2B brands in Tech, Pharma, SaaS, Charity and Not for Profits.

We have a proven track record in both D2C and B2B Ecommerce, Tech (including AI and Data, SaaS, Medical, Pharma and the Third Sector.
Simon has worked online since 1999. Having worked in London agencies until 2005, he joined mN (Magnetic North; then Vision+Media; MediaVest/Carat/iProspect ...where he set up the first Social Media department and finally working at a pure social agency for 18 months before setting up feedfirst). Simon prefers to work ‘end to end’ with a handful of clients so there is a creative, autonomous and experienced brand and media marketer with the client: from commercial goals, to brief, to end of campaign report. He’s also been a trainer for E-Consultancy.
Tracy is a BBC trained Producer/Director. She worked at BBC (1998-2005 and 2017-19) in Factual and Business docs, made numerous charity appeal films for Children In Need, Charter Renewal and the move to Media City, before heading up Video at WRG/With in 2005. She’s always made films that deliver results - from saving lives with video medical training syllabuses to Financial lead gen video ads. Tracy spends a lot of time on projects working with household name businesses to prototype and test business hypotheses that create innovation and new products and services.
