Neil is a UK solicitor and Fellow of the International Compliance Association (FICA), specialising in AI governance, privacy, digital regulation, and broader compliance and risk issues affecting technology-led businesses operating internationally.
Through GLF Strategic Compliance, Neil advises businesses, legal teams, founders, and regulated organisations on emerging governance, operational risk, and regulatory challenges connected to AI systems, data use, international operations, and evolving digital regulation frameworks.
Neil is also the founder of BHD Governance, a specialist UK/EU representative and digital regulation service supporting international SaaS, platform, ecommerce, AI, and technology businesses with GDPR Article 27 and Digital Services Act compliance requirements.
His background includes senior in-house, consultancy, and London law firm experience across technology, media, entertainment, insurance, and cross-border commercial environments.
