My work boosts productivity and wellbeing through mentoring, pair coding and process improvement.
A development team often needs more than line management to really thrive. The best teams act as one, iterating on their processes and becoming better over time. At some time or another, all will require support and guidance to grow and blossom.
Having been part of teams of all sizes and experience levels, qualified as a Scrum Master and been a life-long developer, I work as a part of the development team, looking at quality, output and individual wellbeing.
As a delivery coach I offer a broad set of skills, and am often required to advise or support on—amongst other areas—process, agile, quality, deployments, team culture, and even recruitment.
If you'd like to explore how I can support your team, get in touch via my personal Harry Bailey site.
As well as coaching development teams, I'm also part of the Tech for Good Live team, a director at Noisy Cricket and support social good movements including diversity and inclusion and ethics in tech.
I have broad development experience including front end, open source frameworks including many written in PHP, React Native, the AWS ecosystem, various different database systems and such areas as on-site SEO and accessibility.
