MBRS CONSULTING LTD

Freelance Senior Project Manager with extensive experience delivering complex transformation and regulatory change across financial services, most recently within NatWest. My background spans cross-functional delivery, governance, operational change and implementing technology-enabled solutions in regulated environments.

I’m now developing my focus in AI transformation and delivery, with a particular interest in how organisations move from AI experimentation and proof of concept through to scalable, governed implementation and measurable business value. I’m keen to connect with others working across AI, financial services and digital transformation in the North West.
