Silkmoth

Silkmoth are a small team of software developers, support staff and management types based in Macclesfield, Cheshire.  We are a Microsoft Cloud Platform Partner and fans of all things Azure.

Over the years Silkmoth have built websites to sell everything from beds to sheds; lingerie, hydroponics, credit reports, refrigeration systems, school badges, healthy food snacks, the list goes on. But it was car, van and motorcycle tyres where we found our niche.

We've been building tyre websites since 2006 but it was in 2013 when we launched our tyre e-commerce platform, TyreClick, where things really took off.  Since then we've launched over 1,400 e-commerce websites for tyre retailers in the UK, Eire, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and the USA.

In 2021 we are launching a new product to our tyre client base, Simple GMS.  An entry level garage management system aimed at helping tyre retailers make the step from their biros and desk calendars to an online service where so much more can be done with the data they capture.
