4and20million and Tate Digital combine forces to change the way we work

Entitled - Changing the way Manchester works - the morning event will take place at Barclays Eagle Labs in the heart of the city.

This event will examine why businesses need to take action to reverse the trend of increased working hours and diminishing productivity.

Coming at a time when just 17% of UK employees claim to be engaged at work - alongside the issues of  increasing anxiety levels and constant distractions - the Co-Founders (Josie Saville, Dan McNicholas and Alex Heywood) believe it is an topic that requires urgent attention:

“This session and discussion is suitable for CEOs, business managers, HR leads and anyone interested in looking to create an identity, purpose and a high performing culture in their organisation. It’s a significant, timely and  hugely important challenge that can only be addressed with engaged leaders who want to change the world of work for the better. Now is the time to start making the changes we desperately need...and of course caffeine and pastries are available to help stimulate the conversation!”

4and20million and Tate Digital are both dedicated to helping businesses create work environments filled with motivated, enthusiastic and productive people, all driven by the shared values that are unique to their company.

The last remaining tickets for this free event are currently available on Eventbrite.
