Bolton Citizens Advice Bureau take to the cloud

The move gives all staff access to email and calendaring product Exchange Online, collaboration tool SharePoint Online, Lync Online instant messaging, and social network service Yammer.

 

Richard Wilkinson, Bolton CAB’s Chief Officer said:

 

“Moving to the cloud enables us to resolve our client problems more quickly, and effectively and share expertise around the organisation. It has moved our IT along into a new paradigm. It has also significantly increased the security of our systems

 

Having looked at a number of potential options we chose Office 365 due to its incredibly competitive pricing and ease of use.

 

We’re delighted to be working with Shaping Cloud who have helped us on this journey. They took the time to understand our business and aren’t ‘sales people’ we are often approached by.
