Auto Trader Apprenticeship Open Evening

This event has now ended.
9 February 2023 16:00 - 19:00

We're looking for Apprentices to join us in 2023, so we're holding an open evening on Thursday 9th February. There will be three one-hour sessions starting at 4 pm, 5 pm and 6 pm.

You'll hear from our Early Careers team about the apprenticeships, support and career development on offer and meet some of our current apprentices and their trainers and mentors.

You'll get the chance to ask questions about the role, the amount of studying involved, and the salary– pretty much anything you want to know!

Who should attend?

Our apprenticeships range from level 3 to 6, all require a minimum of maths and English at level 4/C or higher, and our Degree Apprenticeships (level 6) also require a min of UCAS points. More details will be provided at the event.

We are offering apprenticeships in the following:

• Finance

• Cyber Security

• Data Protection

• Internal Controls

• Business Analysis

• Software Development

These roles are open to all. You may be a school or college leaver aged 16 and over or a returner to the job market after a break in employment. We're looking for people with GCSEs grade 4/ C or above in Maths and English. The starting salary is £21,500.

If you're not 16 at the time of the event, don't worry; you can still attend. Just bring a parent or guardian along with you. If you’d like to bring someone with you, regardless of how old you are, we ask that you do not bring multiple family members, as we are mindful of numbers.

What grades do you need?

We're looking for people with GCSEs grade 4/ C or above in Maths and English, and depending on the role you're interested in there could be additional requirements. You will find out more about these at the event. It's not all about the grades we also looking for other skills and strengths such as your desire to learn and your communication skills.
