On 11th October 2016, TiE and the Central Manchester University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (CMFT) Charity will be hosting an audience with, organisational psychologist, high performance coach, New York Times best-selling author and the first British NBA player; John Amaechi OBE.
As an organisational psychologist, John is capable of inspiring great change and has worked with high achieving individuals as well as medium and large-sized organisations in the US and Europe. In a fireside chat with Professor Vikas Shah, John will be talking about his story, giving insights into how the best of the best manage their performance, and talking about how philanthropy has a place in the workplace and why he’s choosing to be an ambassador for Central Manchester Foundation Trust, a city based hospital treating over 1 million patients each year.
The event will also be your chance to briefly hear about the recent successes of the Charity and to be the first to hear about their brand new Diabetes Centre Appeal.
