The Chinese Room is one of the most innovative and exciting indie games studios in the UK.

Their haunting, atmospheric, story-driven first-person game Dear Esther recently received a BAFTA award nomination for Audio Achievement, Artistic Achievement and Best British Game. Join Creative Director Dan Pinchbeck as he presents a talk about their latest projects, followed by a panel on indie games development featuring The Chinese Room's lead designer Andrew Crawshaw and lead programmer Stuart Yarham.

The panel will be followed by drinks and networking. Independent developers are encouraged to bring along and showcase their games during the networking part of the evening.
