Digital Futures is about connecting education to the digital and technology industry.
This one-day CPD event taking place on Wednesday 21st November is specifically aimed at Greater Manchester secondary school and college leaders, computer science teachers, curriculum and careers leads to inspire, inform and create new and engaging approaches to the computing curriculum and promote digital careers and pathways.
Digital and technology industry experts play a vital role in supporting educators in computer science and careers leads to teach and inspire the next generation of talent.
Our Computing Curriculum and Careers event provides valuable opportunity for meaningful interaction, advice and insight to ensure education is equipped with the knowledge and confidence to teach digital and talk confidently about our industry with students, aligned with what employers are looking for, and to ensure they are exposed to the rich array of digital and tech careers available to them right here in the region.
You'll hear first hand from those working in the industry and receive practical takeaway resources and new insights. Places are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.

Please note with thanks to our sponsor we are able to bring this event to you free of charge. However, there is a cost to hosting the event, therefore, we ask that you advise us if you are no longer able to attend. Otherwise, a DNA charge may be applied.
Am I eligible to attend?
This event is only free of charge to attend for schools and colleges in Greater Manchester. If you do not meet this criteria and are interested in the event, please contact emma@manchesterdigital.com before you book.

Data Usage Event Policy
By securing a ticket for this event you are consenting to receive information from Manchester Digital regarding the logistics of this event and a follow-up email post-event, we may also need to share any dietary or access requirements you have provided with a 3rd party such as the event caterer or venue. After we have sent your follow up event email we will only hold your data for 1-month during this time we will not share your information or contact you. Keeping your data for a month will only be to explicitly recap on the success of our campaign. After the one month period, the information you have provided will be deleted.
