Speakers – Al Mackin of The e-word and Nicky Wake of Don’t Panic Events. You’ll have the opportunity to question the speakers closely about their leadership journey and business challenges.

Al Mackin: Al Mackin co-founded theEword in 2006. Al will  share with you why he founded the business and the challenges he faced growing the business and maintaining its core values.

Nicky Wake: With over fifteen years in the events industry including time as Events Manager at The Trafford Centre, Nicky set up Don’t Panic Events in 2005. She will share with you her story of business growth and how a leadership development programme has helped her  business flourish.
