A fully funded one full day and two half day programme, to assist SMEs in developing strategic thinking about their business and new innovative ideas to achieve growth. 

 

The Programme

This programme, delivered in partnership with Conception Marketing, will
utilise case studies, practical  and innovative exercises, and peer to peer
discussions to develop strategic thinking and new innovative ideas to 
achieve growth. 
Outcomes:

  • Develop an action plan to help you direct the future of your business
  • Implement this plan and evaluate its success
  • Develop an innovative approach within your business
  • Achieve increased growth

 

Presenters

Carole Myers, Conception Marketing Ltd, established consultant, trainer & mentor, has broad experience in business development, sales and marketing and working  with many companies to help them grow.
Ian Gordon, Lancaster University Management School, has over 25 years
experience as MD of a number of businesses and the last three years working
with LUMS developing innovative programmes to challenge the status quo of SMEs.
