This event has now ended.

Qwerty Quiz is aimed at digital marketers, developers and creative people across Greater Manchester, with questions on everything from Google to Photoshop. The event is open to anyone who works on the agency side, in-house or freelance. Organised by Manchester specialist search marketing agency theEword, it's backed by trade association Manchester Digital, recruitment specialists Orchard and the Creative Industries Networking Group.

The second Qwerty Quiz comes six months after the first, which sold out and raised several hundred pounds for good causes. Once again, all money raised will go direct to the Forever Manchester charity to reinvest in local projects. But a new addition for the second coming is the Qwerty Cup – a stylish trophy awarded to the best team on the night.

Al Mackin, chief executive officer at theEword, a Forever Manchester Ambassador, and Qwerty Quizmaster, said: "People kept telling us they had so much fun at the first Qwerty Quiz that we've decided to do it all over again. The quiz is a great opportunity to have some banter with colleagues, meet like-minded people and raise funds for worthwhile projects around Manchester. I'm really looking forward to it!"

Nick Massey, chief executive of Forever Manchester, said: "theEword is a passionate supporter of Forever Manchester and we're very grateful for their assistance. Forever Manchester is all about ‘Charity The Mancunian Way’ and the Qwerty Quiz is a fantastic example of that, bringing together creative people to raise money for good causes locally. The last one was a huge success and I'm sure this one will be even better."

Single tickets are priced at £4, while tickets for teams of up to 6 people cost £24. Individual players are welcome to join the dedicated freelancer tables.
