The Technology Strategy Board will be running briefing events across the UK jointly promoting two new collaborative research & development funding competitions worth £17.5M for the digital and creative industries opening in September 2013:
Cross-platform Production Tools - Collaborative R&D Funding and Feasibility Studies - £15M
£15m in projects intended to stimulate innovation in digital media production tools and systems.
Frictionless Commerce - Collaborative R&D Funding - £2.5M
£2.5 million of investment in projects that lead to creation of digital transactional environments for the creative industries and beyond.
