Boot Camp Recruitment Day

We're hosting our autumn 'boot camp' recruitment day on Thursday 26th January where up to 15 employers will attend to find their superstar apprentice. There will be over 30 vetted candidates in attendance on the day, employers will meet them all at the start of the day and after a couple of morning activities, will make their shortlist of 5 candidates they want to interview in the afternoon.

Each employer will interview their shortlisted candidates for 20 minutes each and then hopefully find someone they want to hire and offer the job to on the day!

Successful candidates will be signed up to the apprenticeship in October, starting in the workplace on the 6th February, and working towards their Content Creator Level 3 qualification. They will receive off the job training from current industry professionals and on the job training and support with their employer.

Business interested to attend the recruitment day and look for a social media/content apprentice should get in touch now- georgia.fitzgerald@juiceacademy.co.uk

Content Creator Apprentice
Manchester

Young people spend their lives on social media. So who better to put at the heart of an organisation’s  online activity than a digitally-connected, jargon-literate young person with a passion for online media? This is exactly what The Juice Academy offers via its industry-led social media apprenticeship, the first ever in the UK.There is a huge digital skills gap in the UK, limiting the sector’s growth and prosperity AND there are thousands of bright young people out there, many of whom – due to the changes in university fees - might decide the apprenticeship route is more attractive than ever.Couple this with the fact that these young people ‘live’ on social media channels more than ever before, and  the UK’s first workplace-based social media apprenticeship (The Juice Academy) is born. The course is the brainchild of Tangerine Communications, a Manchester-based comms agency committed to supporting the next generation into the marketing profession.Businesses get the opportunity to invest in budding talent across the North West, and apprentices get to work with businesses for on the job experience, as well as working towards their Content Creator Level 3 qualification. We recruit up to 20 apprentices per quarter, working with each business to find their superstar apprentice and train them on and off the job throughout the 13 months practical period.I’m sure you have lots of questions so pop along to our FAQ pages (for businesses and for apprentices) or apply here (businesses, apprentices) and a member of our team will be in touch.
