Zuto Workshop: Fertility & Supportive Workplaces – Why It Matters
Fertility struggles affect 1 in 6 people, yet the topic remains largely silent in professional spaces. In this honest and informative session, Roseanna Davenport (Head of People, Wellness and Belonging at Zuto) shares her personal journey through infertility and IVF, explores why fertility support should be a business priority, and offers insights into shaping inclusive workplace cultures.
Panel: The Life We Bring to Work – Creating Empathetic Workplaces in Tech
We’ll explore the realities and challenges women face in tech workplaces – from navigating fertility journeys and hormonal health to supporting working parents and carers. Together, we’ll ask: How can workplaces better support the full lives of women in tech?
Lloyds Banking Group: In Conversation + Lightning Talk
Our Community Events Partner, Lloyds Banking Group, will host an "In Conversation With…” session alongside a powerful lightning talk – bringing insight, openness and personal perspective to the themes of inclusion and support in tech.
Tea, Cake & Community We’ll round off the afternoon with reflections from across the Digital Her programme – including our brilliant MentorHER community – before networking and a chance to speak to our sponsors and learn about our programmes.
